She's smart….and pretty…and I like her wisdom.
So…I'm now passing her wisdom onto my kids.
Let's tackle the playroom, shall we?
The best way to clean a room is to make a huge pile.
Seriously…
it's all about the pile.
Here's what I mean...
This is what the room looks like after a playdate.
I fully believe in freedom to play with ALL the toys.
Make a mess…go ahead.
Just remember, we're going to clean it up.
But don't worry…it will only take 10 minutes.
Ready…set…go!
Step 2: Sort, sort, sort.
Fill the bins up!
Smile, because cleaning is SO fun.
Step 4: Put the bins away.
It's seriously the easiest and quickest way to clean & organize.
The kids don't mind it, and neither do I.
It goes so quickly.
Thanks Mom…you're so smart!
Love that you put all of the toys in one big pile. That has to save time on running around trying to get all of the pieces. Found you via Dedicated House linky.
ReplyDeleteI would love it if you visited my blog, Angela Says. Have a great day.

Love this! Thanks for the great idea! I just found your blog, and I'm excited to follow along!
ReplyDeleteMy mom did the same thing with our toys. Also with any clothes and shoes we left on the closet floor! If you haven't already, I'd love if you'd come join my How To Tuesday link party, too.

Thanks for the tips! I love those bins for storing toys! By the way, you have a beautiful fa!mily
ReplyDeleteVery cool! We usually run all over the playroom to clean; I will try the "big pile method" the next time we tidy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip!
Great tips! Our playroom stays pretty organized at the moment, but I know as my girls get older, playing by mommy's one at a time rule is going to get old. I'd be thrilled if you'd link up at this week's Off the Hook!
ReplyDeleteMaybe photographing the process helps too! ;) Great tips. Works in my son's bedroom too (most of the time).
ReplyDeleteI love the pile in the middle of the room idea! I'm cohosting the link party at Him and Her and am featuring you at my link party tomorrow. I hope you'll stop by and say hello!
ReplyDeletelove this!!! featuring it in the morning
